1 cup frozen fruit (strawberries, peaches, blueberries)

1 cup yogurt or cottage cheese (we use plain but some prefer flavored)

1 cup chopped spinach or kale (stems removed)

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

3/4 cup orange juice or soymilk

1/4 cups almonds or 1 T nut butter (optional)

Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. If the mixture won't blend well, add more liquid. Serv e immediately. Enjoy!
