Thank you for five great years! Many of you have asked for your favorite recipes, so I have finally put pen to paper to create “Recipes from the Porch”, six of our most popular recipes (peanut butter energy balls, spiced six grain and oat scones, blueberry cinnamon rolls, gluten-free blueberry bars, rosemary shortbread, and chocolate shortbread meltdown bars). At this point, the recipe book is available as a pdf for $10.00. We hope you enjoy baking these favorites as much as I have!
Our seasonal Porch Bakery opened in 2015, highlighting self-serve coffee and tea, as well as homemade pastries including Scones, Danish, Cookies, Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Energy Balls. Based the great response and numerous requests, we began serving light café items in 2017. We strive to use local ingredients when possible.
Tucked away under the shady maples, the relaxing atmosphere featuring views of Wayne's Mill Pond has been a favorite among locals and visitors alike.
